HI, My brother Troy Paproski, who is a huge Ozzy fan and local rock and chopper icon, has been in a coma from meningitis and is now recovering but is mostly paralyzed. I am taking him to Monsters of Rock as his first concert since surviving. He has hung with Ozzy before and would like to say hi again if possible. At minimum, can somebody get him form behind the pillars in the handicapped section in the nosebleeds so he can see the show closer to the stage, beside it or backstage?
