First Experience with Ozzy

My husband has 4ever loved Ozzy and he turned me on to his muzic. I flew from a nearby state to see him in Glendale. Rob Zombie was okay - theatrical - the alien was cool. But I got bored with Rob and went out and had a drink until he finished. The Glendale Arena is an AWESOME venue! The people watching was a blast. Now onto Ozzy...I wasn't sure what to expect after all of these years of hearing his muzic and studying him. The opening was cool, except the fact that I am not interested in seeing anyone s***, much less Ozzy. I was surprised to see that Ozzy's hair was friggin' wavy, curly at the bottom - weird for him. And what the hell was he wearing? A long sleeved crew neck t-shirt, dress pants and loafers? It just wasn't the Ozzy I was expecting. Ozzy also needs to stop putting his hands on his hips. He is too cool for that lame pose. The final 'critical' thing I have to say is I always feel kind of bad for his band. They are employees on a payroll and Ozzy is the CEO. I know there will never be another Black Sabbath but I sort of feel like Ozzy is not really bonded with the band (except maybe a bit with Zakk). Now, people, don't get me wrong, I LOVE Ozzy and there is no other and never will be no other like him. His voice is completely unique, his music touches my soul and I will cry when he leaves us. I enjoyed the concert and had a great time. I think Ozzy really is a lovable teddy bear. I would love to sit and have coffee with him - I think that's when you get to know the REAL Ozzman. Here's to Ozzy; his past, his present and his future. Love you dude. Take care of your bad self!
