Just had Catering size black Pudding, Fried Tomatoes, ye olde vege plot fresh runnerbeans, Potatoes, onions, after a bowl of home made soup! Had a few squares of some Aldi bite size cake type things, washed down with a nice cup of tea!

nothing wrong with a squirt of creamy mayo all over ur burger! mmmmmm..........i like to add a bit of mint sauce to mayo, and have it in a lamb sarny. lush! the sheep arnt to happy tho! ha,ha.

McDonalds way too busy, so I went next door to Burger King

Hey, I was on that same diet! It really works! I lost about 50 lbs. (~23 kilos) in 2-1/2 months, which included Christmas. Of course I've gained back 30 lbs. in the last 3 months.
i just lost 25 kilos in 5 weeks ha ha ha ha but i was knocking on deaths door ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ah

I just had Chicken breast, wrapping Cheese, and other goodies allinside! Served with Boiled Potatoes, and Peas, with a drizzel of soup/gravy with a dollop of cranberry sauce!
