You should not make ill of the dead, for weeks, we had an ex-bigbrother woman called jade goodie, and it went on and on, and blessed well on. They say that she was a celeb, yeah right, ooogle her for yourself. Michael Parkinson summed her up. I was not happy that she died, as she had cancer, and that is close to my heart, but to make her out to be something special, what a load of tosh!

I just wish that they would let Michael rest in peace, a peace that he never knew in life!

We all know that Jimi Hendrix, Elvis, Jacko and a string of others have made fortunes after they have died!

It appears to me that Michael has made more money in the time since his death than he probably did in the last few years from royalty payments!

Us Brits , especially me have what they call a Gallows/Black Sense of Humour, and if it is funny, then it is funny, and yes, I try to be PC, but think OMG what a load of Spherical objects at some of the topics.

I to grw up with the five, and dare i say, I used to singalong, and might just might though i would not admit to it have "History". So I am not knocking him as a skilled musician, but I am just fed up to my back teeth hearing about it, and virtually ALL music Stations are playing him back to blessed back, day in, day out. At Least Classic FM, only mention him in the news, ah for a bit of Beethoven, Brhams, Mendolsen, Albononi, etc. It makes a pleasant break.

I had a joke sent to my mobile (cell) about Petre Andre, but that one is rather tooooooooooooooooooo close to the knuckle!

Sad? Hmmm. Below are copies of my posts on that which is known here only as the "other' website.

Since we're just aobut the same age (I've got him by 6 months) I got to experience the influence of the Jackson 5. They absolutely were the biggest thing in the entertainment industry when I was in 7th grade. And MJ kept it going as a solo. Can't deny the fact that he as an individual was a major force affecting the direction of entertainment for many years. He did lose me when we were in our mid-30s and he flat-out admitted to his "play dates." But I will agree with Sword, I sincerely hope that Michael's troubled, painkiller addicted soul has found peace.

As for Farrah, she wasn't my favorite Angel, but who could ever have said "No." She was gorgeous. When I was 18, you couldn't go anywhere without seeing her image. I would have to say that she probably was THE sex symbol of the late '70s. Farrah will truly be missed.

Just my nickel's worth. Nuff said for me.
