GREAT SHOW!!! first time seeing Ozzy live and Id do it again in a heart beat. The only problem is, me and my wife paid thousand each for the gold package, it was sic as fu*k back stage and free drinks all night and meeting Ozzy him self, they took pics of me and my wife together with him and we would like to have a copy considering we paid him 2 grand for those pictures. Could anyone please help me out and point me in the right direction. PLEASE email me at LiftedFordGuy@Yahoo.com. THANKS AND KEEP ROCKIN!

Awesome shoiw. I've been a fan of Ozzy and Black Sabbath since the early 70's. I first saw them in '75 and have been to dozens of shows with Sabbath and with Ozzy's solo career. I've missed the last few years but for this show, my wife bought me a Platium VIP pass. I actually met Ozzy and the band. Ozzy was like a normal guy and completely with it. I was honored to meet him. Thanks to Zakk and Nancy, I got a great photo with Zakk. Still waiting on the photo with Ozzy. Got to my 2nd row center seat and and enjoyed one of the best shows with Rob Zombie followed by Ozzy.

Rob rocked, plain and simple. To make my evening even better, when Rob did his walk out into the audience he stood on my seat for a few minutes before going off into the crowd. Rob is a great showman and he didn't let us down. 2nd but not last Zombie concert.

Ozzy surprized me by knowing all the words to his lyrics. I say that with love of a true Ozzy fan. He is and aways has been THE GREAT SHOWMAN, but it's still a strange feeling that Ozzy knows more of the words than his audience. I fully enjoyed the show and all of the foam (I was soaked). Zakk is an amazing guitarist, and the rest of the guys make up a great band.

I've met several great musicians from Bo Diddley to now Ozzy, I've met many sports greats, TV and Movie stars and I'll met many more but meeting Ozzy was the greatest of them all and cannot ever be beat.

I've been to hundreds of concerts and even not including everything else the show ROCKED!!

This was my first time seeing Ozzy in concert but I hope not the last. I went with an old friend and we completely missed the opening act and Zombie, but who cares. Ozzy hasn't lost anything and I was mesmerized, tantalized and electrified the entire time! By far the best concert I have ever seen! Seeing Ozzy combined with reuniting with my oldest and dearest friend was a combination of nostalgia and ecstacy! ...."I remember all the good times, sometimes I'd wonder would it last. I use to dream about the future, but now the future is the past, I don't wanna live in yesterday, cross my heart until I die, Don't wanna know just what tomorrow may bring, cuz today has just begun no matter whatever else I've done...I'm here for you!" Love you Ozman!!! Happy Birthday!

Love,

Winged Tiger and The Hawk

Ozzy,

I have loved you ever since I heard the Master of Reality album at age 8. I have seen you at every Ozzfest for the last 11 years and have seen your solo shows everytime you hit the SD area. But your shows have become predictable, and to be honest with you they are becoming boring. You have played the same set list for the last 10 years. I love your music, but your fans are quite tired of hearing crazy train, suicide solution, etc. Why not break out Steal Away the Night, No bone Movies, anything off of Diary of a Madman, like SATO, Flying High Agian, Believer, etc. You REALLY need to drop Mama I'm Coming Home and Road to Nowhere, you play these two songs every single time. Once again I love you and your kickass classic tunes, but please please mix up the set list, suprise your fans and bust out something you have not played the last ten years or so. OZZY YOU ARE A GOD!!!! and don't get me wrong your show in SD kicked ass and you are the ultimate entertainer. I think your fans would go f***ING NUTS if you busted out some other tunes. LOVE YOU OZZY AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!!!!!

Whatever grudge I had for finding out that the concert was postponed, has been totally thrown out.
The concert overall was totally insane and wicked 9in a good way, of course).
I was in the very front row (I know, lucky bastard or you son of a b****) and the ban was literally five feet away. Anyway, it opened with Rob Zombie, who seemed to be in prime shape for the act. His singing was hardcore and has gotten better over time. dragula, house of 1000..., Superbeast, Lords of Salem, and Living Dead girl were among my favorites. there were flames and not to mention one hell of a video show to accompany it. The band was great, along with the visual stimulation, and the female dancers on stage were extremely beautiful.
That was just the first half.
Ozzy then came out and played with his band. The playing overall was great. I was worried ozzy's voice would be shot from being sick but he wasn't limited in that. We all know he is approaching sixty and yes his voice is different than from the 70s and 80s, but I think the old man did a great job. He kept up with rob and kept the adreneline flowing. While I would have liked to see "Madman" be performed, he played a good amount of classics including crazy train, bark at the moon, suicide solution, i don't know, mama i'm coming home, etc. There were two solos, one by Rob's guitarist and one by Zakk. Both were extremely good. Everyone was wild and crazy up front and all around, and you know all the great crazy things that happen at a concert, so i won't get into that.
Wrapping up, both performances were great and going on sunday was totally worth it. I give the performane 4 stars.

missed the opening act entirely but who cares...

zombie was pretty good, he sounded out of breath on a few songs though. he cimbed into the audience and ran around. it was great. john 5's solo was awesome, he put a bit of the star spangled banner in it. they did a small little cover of Enter Sadman, for whatever reason, LOL.
ozzy sounded very very good tonight. i'd say 95% of the time, he was right on the money with his vocals. there was NO backing track for this concert. anyone who claims that there is a backing track is a moron. try looking back at the keyboard player, zakk, or blasko, all of whom are miced and all of whom sing.
i of course was dissapointed with the lack of fire in the sky and into the void. the arena was pretty much packed. zakk's solo is too goddamn long (played a good portion of the RR solo from tribute though, that was cool). ozzy's looking skinny again although that baggy t shirt doesn't do much to make him look good.
anyway, here's the setlist in no real order:

i don't wanna stop
crazy train
suicide solution
mr. crowley
not going away
road to nowhere
here for you
i don't wanna change the world
bark at the moon
mama i'm coming home
i don't know
paranoid

too short for how good ozzy was sounding in my opinion, and i'm not an easy critic of his voice by any means.

It's on for Dec 2nd....Right after L.A.

I love ozzy and i want to go so bad but the thing is that i live in nor cal and i arranged it so i could go to san diego the 22nd and now i cant go and spent 150 bucks on tickets that i cant use!!!! BUT STILL LOVE OZZY
