yorkshire pudding is actuallly far from pudding. from what i read it's actually more like a pancake than anything else and is typically served with meat or just before it. It's a savory, not sweet.....i'd eat it scapegoat....i'd eat anything that doesn't move or smell bad......sometimes even if it LOOKS bad it'll actually taste good.....so yeah, i'd eat it.....
