OZZY & SHARON TO GUEST HOST ON WWE TONIGHT

Ozzy and Sharon will rule the ring as guest hosts of WWE Monday Night Raw at the DCU Center in Worcester, Mass., live at 9 p.m. EST/8 p.m. CST tonight on the USA Network. Make sure to check local listings the airtime in your area on the USA Channel.

Ozzy European Book Signings Announced

Ozzy has announced a few book signings in support of the European release of I AM OZZY, his autobiography. Have your copy signed at the dates and times below! The book will be released in the US soon.

Friday 2 October

Ozzy Osbourne will be meeting fans and signing copies of his new book I Am Ozzy, at HMV 150 Oxford Street LONDON on Friday 2 October at 6pm. Due to time constraints access to the event is limited. 300 wristbands will be available from the store on the day of the event from 9am on a first come first served basis, one per customer only, no reservations.

Ozzy To Receive Billboard's Legend Of Live Award

Ozzy Osbourne, the rock music icon whose career spans four decades and has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide, will be presented the Legend of Live award at the 2009 Billboard Touring Awards on November 5 in New York. Osbourne will appear in person at the event to receive the honor.

The Billboard Legend of Live award recognizes an individual who has made significant and lasting contributions to live music and the touring business, and acknowledges the recipient's commitment to the art of performing live and reaching fans through the concert experience.

"Ozzy has altered the course of rock music and live performance through his work with Black Sabbath and as a hugely popular solo artist, and his continued commitment to playing live makes him the perfect choice for the Billboard Legend Of Live award," says Ray Waddell, Billboard's executive director of content and programming, touring and live entertainment. "There is no doubt that Ozzy's impact on live music, including pioneering the multi-act rock festival touring with Ozzfest, will be felt for many years to come, and his efforts continue to shape the touring landscape in this century."

A Signed and Numbered Ozzy Litho poster is now up for auction on Ebay with all proceeds benefiting the Hollywood Arts charity. Hollywood Arts is a school that takes homeless and at risk teens off of the streets and gives them creative tools to explore and express their artistic potentials. "They’ve said some crazy things about me over the years. I mean, okay: 'He bit the head off a bat.' Yes. 'He bit the head off a dove.' Yes. But then you hear things like, 'Ozzy went to the show last night, but he wouldn’t perform until he’d killed fifteen puppies…' Now me, kill fifteen puppies? I love puppies. I’ve got eighteen of the fucking things at home. I’ve killed a few cows in my time, mind you. And the chickens. I shot the chickens in my house that night.

It haunts me, all this crazy stuff. Every day of my life has been an event. I took lethal combinations of booze and drugs for thirty fucking years. I survived a direct hit by a plane, suicidal overdoses, STDs. I've been accused of attempted murder. Then I almost died while riding over a bump on a quad bike at fucking two miles per hour.

People ask me how come I’m still alive, and I don’t know what to say. When I was growing up, if you’d have put me up against a wall with the other kids from my street and asked me which one of us was gonna make it to the age of 60, which one of us would end up with five kids and four grandkids and houses in Buckinghamshire and Beverly Hills, I wouldn’t have put money on me, no fucking way. But here I am: ready to tell my story, in my own words, for the first time.

OZZY BLIZZCON UPDATE

Ozzy will be performing tomorrow, Saturday August 22nd at the Anaheim Convention Center as part of the closing ceremonies at BizzCon '09. However, Due to Zakk Wylde's current touring committments with Black Label Society and Mike Bordin's ongoing reunion tour with Faith No More, Ozzy will be playing with guitarist, Gus G, and drummer, Tommy Clueftos for this special performance. They will be joining current Osbourne band members, Blasko (bass) and Adam Wakeman (keyboards). Ozzy loves the challenge of working with new musicians and is enjoying the sound and energy that this band has been producing in rehearsals this week. Catch Ozzy's performance as part of DirecTV's pay-per-view airing of BlizzCon '09, which is also available as an internet stream from www.blizzcon.com.

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced that the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne, will headline the closing concert at this year's BlizzCon(r), which will take place August 21-22 at the
Anaheim Convention Center. While tickets to the convention sold out in minutes, a live Pay Per View event will be available via Internet stream and in HD on DIRECTV.

The largest event of its kind, BlizzCon is a celebration of Blizzard Entertainment's Warcraft(r), Diablo(r), and StarCraft(r) game universes and the global player communities surrounding them.
