I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...Ozzy Osbourne's music is as deep and as soulful as music gets. While his lyrics explore darkness and the blackness of the human spirit, he can also make us laugh with his sarcasm. His songs about insanity touch me the most. I am sure I border on the edge of sanity, and noone can understand that process unless you live it everyday of your life. Ozzy does, but his miraculous creativity drives him to stay above that darkness and allows him to stay breathing. I just ordered his new album Black Rain, I can't wait to play it over and over and learn all the lyrics. I'm a late bloomer having only begun being an Ozzy fan until his reality show began. I guess I wasn't ready for him. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. Ozzy you're my teacher on the path to my personal creative blossoming.
