I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...To be at a Ozzy consert is on of the best things in this world.
In 1986 at Raasunda stadiun in Stockholm, I saw Ozzy live for the first time. I was not a fan at that time, infact i was not..........My favorite at that time was Scorpions(I was very new in the heavy metal buisness). It was a Monster of Rock festival and I was just wating for Scorpions to go on stage and Ozzy was the last name before. I was very sure that I didn´t like his music and I was not going to enjoy his music........but after 2-3 songs I was singing along, jumping up and down and really enjoying the music.
After that day I was sold and couldn´t get enough of Ozzy and Jake E. Lee on guitar. As soon as Ozzy got on that stage he turned the crowd wild, he got everyone to jump and sing. He has a very special carisma when he is on the stage......totally different from the way we see him in the Osbournes. He is ALIVE on stage and it rubs off on everybody in the crowd.
I now have all his albums and cds....some videos and dvds. I go to all the conserte in Denmark and when ever I can travel to a consert.........but unfortuannely the last two consert i Copenhagen was canclled in 2002 and 2004, so i really hope he will show up this year, I off course have a ticket to his consert this year on june 13.th.
So if your´e not a fan, you have never been to a consert and you are cheating your self from a really good experiance.
