I FINALLY GOT MY s***E!! Yesterday, T-shirt and bandana! I joined the ozzfan train last september 2007 and I recieved my stuff yesterday March 7th 2008! BUT I GOT IT!! Very nice!!

It has been four months, and nothing. I strongly urge all of y'all to call up Signature Networks -- they own Fanfire -- and complain as loud and as long as you can. I am very angry, and it's clear that ontacting Fanfire isn't getting us anywhere!

All crap like this does is reaffirm the fact that the concert and music industry is full of uptight businessmen who don't give a f**** about quality or the fans! And what they don't realize is that this garbage has a slow negative ripple effect on artists fanbases ... hey, it caused me to think twice about spending over say $70 to see Aerosmith again ... and wow, I had always assumed that they wanted as much of my money as possible.

I e-mailed them last night, and nothing. According to their website, you should recieve a reply within one business day ... that's nonsense.

Fanfire still has a lot of problems, and somebody really needs to do something ... I ordered my kit like nearly four months ago!

last time i bought a T shirt off fanfire it came 3 months after i bought it. so they can be slow at getting things out

OK ... at least my hopes are back up :).

One thing about Fanfire ... they may still have a ways to go towards being a respectable company, but they are better than they used to be.

I just got an email from fanfire yesterday saying:

"We expect another shipment of the back-ordered FanClub merchandise within next few weeks. There has been a delay from the manufacturer. "

I ordered it around November 15th and haven't received anything yet, but it's coming.

Thanks for posting these ... this is an awesome shirt ... have yet to recieve mine ... "hopefully" soon! God ... Fanfire finds no problem in selling a hockey jersey with his first name for $150, but the fan club kits still haven't all arrived.

And why again do people say the concert and music industry has gone downhill? ^^)

Fanfire is not a very good company, at least IMO; if you need a new size shirt, I'd call them first. I've dealt with Fanfire before, and the best thing to do is speak to them directly ... trust me.

And for those fans who have recieved their membership pack, what does the shirt look like? What other items are included?

did they charge you another eight or nine dollars for shipping. I'm not to happy about paying for the extra shipping I hope the shirt and stuff is worth it.

It took two and a half months, but I got mine on Ozzy's birthday (of all days)... they were having difficulties with the manufacturer and supply. Just be patient.

I just got mine and the T-shirt is a Small instead of the Medium I ordered. It fits, but I'm afraid it might shrink.

At least they included a return/exchange slip.
