Finally found this out. Strange choise. Would have prefered Rob Zombie

After reading one of these concert reviews stating that Sevendust is support band at the Ozzy concert....I went and researched a bit more about them.
Sevendust would be, in my humble muso opinion, after listening to many songs , reading their bio in full, gig and tour history, as well as reading the lyric content of most of their songs...a really appropriate and great support choice before the Ozzman appears on stage.
I don't know whose decision it was, if it is actually true ....but thankyou!
I know I would enjoy their set list too....decent entree' so to speak lol

On their official website there is no mention strangely, of them going on any tours....it says no tours planned etc check back soon.
Where, anywhere..is it publicised they are touring with Ozzy??

Just read Ozzy's Myspace site blog...Ozzy confirms Sevendust is coming to Australia, despite their own website saying there are no planned tours.
I like them, great support and will set the mood just right right for Ozzy to make his entrance...
LOL, though truly, we in Australia are so hyped it wouldnt matter if he came on solo! We gonna scream so loud...he will f**king he hear us all right!

Oh yeh, it's only a few days to go til Ozzy is in Melbourne!!! (lol, unless he's already here somewhere, preparing in hiding hehe)
Sooo excited, got all my concert garb ready, gonna be a helluva night!!
Decided to drive most of the way there and walk from MCG to Rod Laver Arena since it's obviously gonna be packed in that part of town!
Can hardly believe it's happening...OMG, I wish I could meet him...but I will just be yet another devoted fan out there giving everything I got back to Ozzy and the band!!
Just heard the weather...be prepared with those buckets of water Ozzy....it's a f*ckin heatwave here at the moment...every day for next 6 days, 30-37degrees celsius UGH!! But that won't stop this sunburnt country from going crazy!!!!!!!
