I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...
you never know what Ozzy will do next for you... in your life, in how the songs past and present, will reach your soul with the driving rhythms, the deep sense of a life lived in all it's honesty within every lyric.
Ozzy may not have set out to change the world, just simply doing his music, and being who he wants to be ...but when he shares his enthusiasm for life through his music and drinks the energy of his fans who put back, in appreciation...the world does change...people change...it's subtle, often slow as life itself.
I have endured long hard times just like everyone else, but without my music...well, that's just it for me...it's all about music and the message it conveys to inspire me to keep going.
Looking at Ozzy is proof it works.
I will songwrite, play,record and perform (lol,in local pubs...stop laughin..) until I can't physically do it anymore or can't remember any chords!!...omg, that's a nightmarish thought...
Never gonna happen though....'cos I never gonna stop either!

Seeing Ozzy live for the first time in March 08 will just blow my muso heart and mind....people here are already restless, excited, impatient, filled with anticipation...this will be a memory to carry to my grave for sure. OZZY....we are all waiting to welcome you...there is no doubt!
The tickets are on my fridge and every day I can't believe they are there..I missed his last Aussie visit and figured I'd lost all oppurtunity to experience Ozzy live for good.....but not this time!!

The man is truly amazing, embarking on this latest wonderful album and tour....every time I lug my heavy keyboards case around, groaning with the effort...I tell myself...don't stop doing this it keeps you alive.

Ok...gotta go listen to Black Rain album now.....AGAIN!
See...he inspires...endlessly throughout generations.
