i pray every time i think of it(a lot).im usually doing art just before bed its relaxing and classical music hypes me up ..but changing the darkness and greenman ,hmmmmmmmm i'll try that and see how that goes..i definately try to not see the news at that time but but sometimes s#*t happens...oh yeah the green man is hard to catch he is always gesturing to come to him but when i get there he is gone and i see him in the distance wanting me to come and so on and so on i have got close enough to see what he looks like--his face has a concerned look on it and his skin is like leaves and his fingers are roots of a tree--very bizzaro..........and i thank you for your advice kala and will try BUT
