Well I know this reply is kinda late Lol. I know what ya say'n Bro. Fan Clubs in general charge ya packet of dollars for membership. I made myself a Dio fan club member and what I got for my money was S**t. Just realy old news letters,Keyring,2 stickers,1 small sighed Pic, and all for $40 odd bucks. Then ta top that all off I waited 3 months and nothin came. So I sent them and email with my invoice number and letting them know they had debited my account so where are the goods. They emailed me back sayin some Bozo had forgotten ta send the goods. Got it a month later, and was just crap. Wont be rejoin'n again.
Bands in general should remember that without their Fans they'd be nobodies, and things like this can really turn fans off. Just like in buisness if ya dont treat your customers right ya loose money and clients when word gets around. So same rules apply for Band managment and so on.

I have to admit that I have been an Ozzy fan for years but only recently "come out of the closet" on the web about it....LOL...His new album rocks....had no problem plunking down the $15 for the double disk set because I knew I would love it without ever even hearing a track off it prior.....

That said....

I was going to joing the Ozzy fan club...never joined any kind of a fan club before, but I have a newfound respect for Ozzy and his work and figured I would join....but ...ouch.....$45 just to join?

Maybe at 40 I am becoming a cheap old bastard what with the usual bills and such.... but that seems steep to me, to be honest.

I guess the fat cats at Sony are getting fatter with each membership....LOL

I joined the ozzy fan club in Oct.2007 and still havent received a dam thing...Why is it taking so long?

If you're gonna be a fan of Ozzy's you better get used to delays...

It took me awhile to get mine, but it was worth the wait

I will just be patient and wait for the kit to come,I am going to see Ozzy in Moncton Tomorrow night,so I am as excited as hell,I am 52 years old,soon to be 53 and have been following Ozzy since the early Black Sabbath days.
I have 3rd row seats, and can hardly wait,I never had a chance to see him before,I am a sailor and used to spend 8 or 9 months a year out on the water,now I am only away 6 months a year,and finally have my chance to see him live after all these years.
