ozzy ticket mar 20 1982 and rare guitar pick

I was hoping someone may know which guitarist this was from...I dont think Rhoads had any personal pics but it could of been Jake E lee but am not sure....

wow....the ticket stub is amazing....Randy and Ozzy were on their way to this show when the airplane crash happened
