After Ozzy left, Tony bought the rights to use "Black Sabbath". He kept the legacy alive throughout the 80´s and 90´s, with various lineups, Tony remained at the left, as guitarist of BS. Why didn´t Ozzy(read Sharon), Tony, Geezer and Bill come to this agreement first thing when the Reunion-thoughts came alive? This is in my honest opinion the end of Black Sabbath with Ozzy. Damn shame, I´m glad I got to see them in 05.
