The ocean (OK the Bristol channel, is basically the sea) is 1.5 hours drive from home driving at the legal speed limit of 70 miles per hour!

Blackpool is basically the same, and if I wanted to go to Liverpool, then it would be about 1.25 hours to drive, and the same goes for manchester! Then again London is just over 1.5 hours away (about 110 miles)

yeah cool i had a cold river to wash in ,,ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha i liked being clean in those surroundings it,that made me feel good inside,when all around was so crappy,,these days around the outskirts of sydney so many displaced people are now living in caves and such,i see a thing on telly about it,and well i was the first ,so i think i paved the way for such of a existance --gimp the trail blazer ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ,,i have memories of some nights shivering so much and other summer nights lieing in a pool of sweat,,but ya gotta do what ya gotta do to survive,,i am seriously thinking of writing a tale of the gimp,so many funny things have happened to me,i spose we could all do that ,,you know i have a criminal past and the only reasons for that behavour was out of nessescity,,and now i dont do a thing wrong ,dont need to ,anyway the past is were it can stay,and the future brings promise ,hope love and freedom

well gimp, if it's any consolation, when my mom and i went through our worst times, i hung in the woods a few weekends or more in cabins they build back east in snow country for travelers should storms suddenly hit and they get stranded. i used to hang out there to avoid going around her & my sister who (given their religious addiction) literally said and thought i was possessed of the devil (because of my Black Sabbath, Nazareth, etc t-shirts lol)... heh heh...i had a boyfriend stay with me at the time of course. so i did "rough it" a few times too. i couldn't imagine living in a cave for any length of time tho, although most of my young years were spent outdoors. that would be just too rough. i would have to have a warm spring nearby. i need my warm baths or showers lol.

it was part of necessity,,i spent six years with no house to speak of,,wandered aimlessly from squat to squat till i realised the police would always move me on so i went scrub (bush),first down along a river under a humpy(lean-too),then up in the mountains in a cave ,yes it got cold ,but wood was a plenty and i kept the home fires burning,,and all this time mrs gimp stood by my side ,,well not living with me but always my girl,she did stay in the cave from time to time,,,,and the term odd is fine or whatever you like or how about oddly weird,,our lifes journey makes us what we are
