my point is not to make everyone cry, it's to underline in Black Rain the way ozzy talks about the effects of war, and those hurt the most by it are regular, ordinary, innocent families - men, women, and the saddest of all innocent children. all for the sake of what? cheaper oil? diamonds...gold...politics?
ozzy also talks about mans inhumanity to man. i'm agreeing on that count too. who needs the devil when he lies within the eyes of the person facing you oftentimes. man is the devil.
maybe the most frustrating thing of all is the fact that in general the individual has zero impact on such things in this life. seems like evil is a mass, a bunch of cells joined together which create this body that's called war or destruction or power or whatever. in our own sphere anyone can do things if we wanted to. for good. i bet there are 600 for good for everyone one for bad, however there is an apathy and lack of motion which precludes those 600 people creating a shift in the paradigm.
after all there's life to live, wives to love, kids to raise, jobs to work.
the pointed passion and vision of those committed to shape reality are what is lacking in those who we would call "Dreamers."
just my thoughts. and what the hell do they count for lol. wind, it increases the wind, and as hot as it's been lately, that's a good thing.
Saddly, it has always happened, and even more so it will continue to do so.
