Why can we not have a SPAM free site.
There must be a filter to cut the C R A P as it comes in?
If I want a service, THEN I Will go and look for it, as I do not want to be bombarded with unsolicited C R A P. And that is why I try my hardest not to use Google, Yahoo, etc, as they colate YOUR search information and ensure that you get what you are looking for, even if you found the ONCE only time finding of a service. ALSo, these folk sell your search info on to the highest bidder, or so it would appear!

anyways, moving along...and getting to the topic of the post, what is up with this site. we're talking someone that says the exact same thing over and over and they NEVER get a beotch slap for it. damn. it's getting to where we need a frigging WHALE slap in the face for this childish retard spamming the site. c'mon. how hard is it to filter this person out people?????

The spam IS pretty bad here. This should not be tolerated. *sighs* i think i'm going to have to dig out my rusty chainsaw again (I mentioned it a few months back about people ranting about gimpnoid). Had to fill in another CAPTCHA to do this.

This website does not deal well with attackers, that's for sure. Users should not have to constantly track hackers, the webmaster should be doing that and ensuring that isn't something that occurs. Especially in the main News page for the website for a band. It shows me that there is someone asleep at the console, big time.

its like everything i spose,, people will always try to make a buck off some one elses coat tails,,and im not going to bag the very nice mods here on this site,as they maybe a tad slow bout doing things ,but stuff gets removed from time to time---as far as hawkers go,dont like them nocking at my door or infesting the net,and just glad the shamwow guy hasnt turned up here,,he reminds me of a scary evil comic book villian,yeah would like to have more power here to get them out when they come

As a certified Macromedia web designer who's been employed by a corporation in that role (amongst many other roles in engineering), and as an Ozzy fan, I don't speak lightly about this and think it's pretty bad here. I think much tougher filters need to be put in place, and at least a once a day, 10 minute check and purge needs to be done on this site.
Ever notice how much SPAM gets posted here I am sure by Ozzy haters and by the lame advertisor? Ever wish you could filter it out and remove it, not just flag it? Ever wonder if there is anyone that even notices items that are FLAGGED ...and more, if they are, takes the time to remove those things if they are Spam (as in, database, where entry FLAG = true, DELETE)?
What's your opinion on the spam that gets in and stays on this site?????
