grumble grumble grumble
I was lucky enough to find a copy in a 2nd hand store 3 years back - woohoo! But wow i think it has some amazing songs on it (hello, shot in the dark was in the UK charts!) and killer of giants is really special. I play the album a lot but i kinda see his logic in pulling it - newbies and non-fans might not be keen on the sound.
A re-recording might kill the whole spirit of the thing... the vocals are different to his other albums but moving as hell. Personally i think T.U.S has aged well - for the right ears!

You're my religion, you're my reason to live.
You are the heaven in my hell.
We've been together for a long long time,
And i just can't live without you.
No matter what you do, i'm here for you......
Good question, and have been looking for these kind of questions to answer, lol.....
I have read Ozzy say that he hates the production of Ultimate Sin, that its his least liked album out of his musical library, therefore pulling it from store shelves.
Personally I am with you that it has a lot of really good songs on it, however I am also on board with Ozzy with the fact that the production and the sound of that album is way over done, via making it sound so incredibly outdated due to that very fact..
Perhaps if enough people grumble my friend maybe he will go back and remix it, re-record some of it all over again, and this time around do with it what he feels he should have done all those years ago.
After all he didn't mind redoing Diary n Blizzard when Daisley and Kerslake alleged Ozzy of screwing them out of royalties on the both of those albums. So I don't see why Ozzy would have an issue with redoing Ultimate Sin, do the any of you???

HEy peps, any of you knows why ozzy deleted this album in 2002, I think it was a good album and I don't get it why he did this :(
