Rock icon OZZY OSBOURNE--who served as 2011’s Record Store Day Ambassador--will again support the days 5th annual celebration with two releases: OZZY LIVE, a double LP set taken from 2011’s Blizzard of Ozz/Diary of a Madman 30th Anniversary Collector Box and a 7” live version of Diary of a Madman’s classic OZZY track, “Believer.” Both are limited-edition, numbered vinyl editions which contain never before published archival photos.

In addition to their appearance on June 15th at Azkena Festival, Ozzy Osbourne & Friends will also perform in Madrid at the Vista Alegre on June 13th.

These "first ever" OZZY OSBOURNE & FRIENDS shows will feature appearances by "special guest" musicians such as GEEZER BUTLER (who will join Ozzy for a special BLACK SABBATH set as a show of respect and support to their friend, Tony Iommi) and longtime former OZZY band member Zakk Wylde. BLACK SABBATH --who late last year confirmed the recording of their first new album in more than 33 years and a worldwide headlining tour--have had to put some plans on hold due to Tony Iommi’s battle with lymphoma. At this time, BLACK SABBATH will perform only one show of this summer’s previously scheduled European tour. It will take place Sunday, June 10 at the U.K.’s Download Festival.

NEW YORK–November 21, 2011– Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today that hard rock and heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne will have his own SiriusXM channel.

"Ozzy’s Boneyard," channel 38, will feature classic hard rock and metal music from artists like Black Sabbath, Metallica, AC/DC, Jimi Hendrix, Pantera and Van Halen. The 24/7 music channel is expected to launch later this year.
