Any Bill Ward fans around ?

If your "true Sabbath" then you should be a Bill Ward fan, I'm just wondering why there is nobody in his forums posting, I imagine he might wonder why also, do you people even know he's going to release a new album soon ?. I know it's been said over a span of years its coming but it's close to being set in stone now so I'd at least be watching his sight for it. of course through the past few (several) years he's been side tracked with other deals mainly Sabbath tours, I'm somewhat Glad he didn't Do the Heaven and Hell bit cause it gave him a chance to finish off "Beyond Aston"

Its awesome when you get to hang with some of your rock-n-roll hero's, I have been blessed to have met a few. There is nothing like it, most of my encounters have been great, an a couple I was kind of disappointed. One I am sorry to say that bummed me out was meeting Gene Simmons of Kiss, he was a peter puffer to say the least lmao! If ya want the details of exactly why you can let me know, its kind of a long story. The short of it is that he disrespected my brother who his slow, so you can imagine my anger at Simmons. Anyway take care big guy!

Peace

Unfortunatley we don't know the state of things, he needs to do another podcast audio diary.

Bill is awesome in my book, I admire him tremendously! I also give him major credit in the modern sound of metal/hardcore, he is right up there with John Bonham, & Moon the loon! I wish Bill much success with his newest effort, & would love to see him tour on his own, I would definitely be there with devil horns in air!

Peace

Doubt there would be a full tour, maybe a few gigs in select cities like LA, NYC, maybe London, but it would be awsome

I agree OjZoZhYn, you are probably correct in the thought that it would be a club tour, to say the very least that wouldn’t hurt my feelings any, I love clubs, or small theater shows, mostly because of the intimacy. I was fortunate enough to have seen Ozzy when he came out of his so-called retirement, he was at the American theater in St Louis, it still & will always ranks as one of the best shows I have ever seen in my entire f***in life. Ozzy was close enough to us that you could actually make eye contact with the man, and when he shot of those squirt guns of his, it was like getting baptized by the Prince of Darkness himself, there wasn’t a dry person in the whole damn building, it was incredible, just f***in incredible!

I so long for him to do it once again!

Yeah clubs kick ass. I saw Glenn hughes this summer and it was great maybe 100 people and after he went into a booth and did a meet n greet. He even blew the bass amp.

I'm also pretty sure that its impossible not to like Bill
