Scapegoat gives Zakk Props!

Well folks even though I hate to say it, Zakk's solo rocked at St. Louis Ozzfest! I have always known Zakk was great, & I have heard him do his thing in years past, but he was on top of his game in St. Lou. I just wanted you all to know I give credit when credit is due, & Zakk kicked my nuts up in my mouth, I just wish he would step up his game a bit more is all!

Peace!

lmao, hey a real man admits when he is wrong, & I think maybe I have been a little to harsh on the Zakk man in some of my past posts. I just wanted to give him props for giving a kick ass solo at Ozzfest, it helped to numb the blow of watching Ozzy not hit all those high notes, plus I admire Zakk for his loyalty to Ozzy over all the years.

It kind of makes me sad to think that most likely it should have been Randy, but life isn't always fair if you know what I mean. I just wish Randy hadn't of been taken out of the picture so soon, it makes me grieve for all that unheard Rhoads and Ozzy material we should have gotten over the years, but on the flip side at least we can take refuge in the two albums we got out of him, it makes them all the more special, amen for all of that huh brother!

Peace!

AMEN! more RANDY w/ OZZY would have been great,no doubt, and thankful for what the two gave us. and i have heard a lot of people say that zakk holds back to when it comes to ozzy vs BLS, and he said that would be stupid you are known for the last thing you put out. and as a guitarist why would you do that? so i think everyone can rest easy knowing that OZZY and ZAKK ARE giving us their ALL!

I dunno Goat, Randy seemed to be set on getting that degree. I'm sure by now we would've had a reunion but its a debate lost to time. Randy was a killer guitarist and although Zakk isn't as great NRFTW remins to be my favorite Ozzy album.

Tony Iommi = God, his arch angels are Ozzy Osbourne, Dave Walker, Ronnie James Dio, Ian Gillan, Dave Donato, Glenn Hughes, Ray Gillen, Tony Martin, and Bill Ward (bassically everyone who sang on a song labeled Black Sabbath)

No rest for the wicked? really? Not for me bro, to me that was the sign that all things had changed forever. Maybe thats why you dig it so much????

I agree of course Randy would have gotten his degree, but I believe that Randy would have been there for many future studio recordings, Randy may not have toured, since he kind of talked about his dislike for being on the road, But I think Randy like Zakk would have still collaborated with Ozzy, & when it came time to go into the studio to write & record, Randy would have been there with bells on. I feel Randy loved Ozzy, & was very grateful for Ozzy putting his name on the map, & he would have been loyal to the end, unlike Kerslake and Bob Daisley. They got what they wanted, they didn't foresee Ozzy really being all that successful, so they took the money and ran, ran right out of a successful career, a legacy. Hell I would have never known their names if it hadn't been for Mr. Ozzy Osbourne......

OjZoZhYn12.03.48 Man I miss Randy so much.... He was such a killer guitar player. Sooooooooooooooooooooooo sad what happened..... Not a day goes by that Ozz doesn't think of him at least once......

Now here is a question and I know it is going to be a hard one....... Who is your favorite guitar player of all time? I know that there are many but if you HAD to pick ONE, who would it be? Now I am really really curious on this one....... :-)

Love you all.............................
