Well I remember back to the year 1987, it was announced that Ozzy would be doing a record signing at a local music store here in St. Louis Mo. I called all my buddies & we went, my wife even went along even with her being pregnant with our son, an as usual in St Louis during the summer it was a billion degrees outside. I recall on the way there I said I would say this to Ozzy, or I would say that, but do you know what happened instead, I didn't say s***! I just stood there like the rain man, ah Ozzy good, ah Ozzy ya. I was so star struck I couldn't say s***, I mean nothing, I must have looked like a deer in headlights to Ozzy, but he didn't care, he just smiled and kept tellin jokes.
That was up and until he seen my wife, then he came from out behind the counter & offered her a drink, signed all her s***, and took a picture with her & her best friend." I was so freaked out, I didnt even think to shove my way into the damn picture, I was to busy playing the idiot savant or something! lol
Anyway I have met many other stars, and Ozzy is the only one that had that effect on me. So let me be the first to say, you may think you will keep your head, or your composure enough to actually speak to the man, but from my experience I doubt you say a whole lot of anything that is recognizable within the English language anyway. Chances are good you also will become an instant idiot savant, and just stutter, & make odd gestures as if your a kid that got separated from his special ed bus.
But if you do get that chance, I say the best of luck to all of you! lol
