you didn't have my permission to use the painting that I painted to make your artwork.... I don't appreciate you altering my painting.

I don't appreciate you destroying my oil portrait. read the rules of this website... especially this one.... (3) you will not post any copyrighted material on this website or any of the Sony BMG Online Services provided hereon unless you own the copyright in and to such material. If you want to create what you have... do not use my oil painting, use the original photo, and get permission like I did from michael mendelson... www.mendelsonarchives.com but use his photo, not my oil painting. Thanks.

I did not realise that l had done wrong, honestly. All l did was an animation gif of the image and l put it on as an animated picture, but the animation does not work on the site, so what you see is not that l had changed the pic, but the animated effects of the pic turning from left to right, and one bit of the animation showing thunder, l never did change the pic, yes l agree it does look like l have, just as a pic, but not as the correct animation, l just added a frame, and l had hoped that the animation would work on the site, and then l was going to write here, credit to the artist, l have just animated it. I did not realise that it was an oil painting, so again please accept my sincere apologies. I do not intend to put anything else on the site, cus l only create animation, and unfortunately this site does not use gifs. If the site wants to take the pic off, l have no problems with that if l had realised from the start that l had done wrong or wronged anyone, l would not have put it on this site would l.

please forgive me, and it can come off the site, l love what you have created, and all l wanted to do was animate it.
