The Keyboard Player

I'm interested in finding out why on the Live at Budokan concert (and here I am assuming that all concerts [as I have never been to one - they are few and far between out here in the antipodes] are the same) does the keyboard player sit out of sight of the main video??

Replies

actually since 2006 ozzy has had his keyboardist on stage with him. never before though. his name is adam wakeman and his father played keys for sabbath in the 70's.

Rick Wakeman did play some keys for Sabbath, but, he is more infamous for playing with the group, YES. Adam is his son.

Until recently Ozzy's, and Sabbath's keyboard players have usually played from onstage but out of sight.

Ozzy's current keyboard ADAM WAKEMAN, son of Yes's Rick Wakeman started playing from onstage in view two summers ago on Ozzfest and has been playing from in view ever since.

Yes, keyboard players are never on stage with Ozzy.

I didn't see a keyboardist onstage at Ozzfest 06.
