Platinum Ticket Packages

I bought a platinum VIP package also and e-mailed ticket atlantic and got nothing from them all they said no one contacted them yet. So if you find anything out before tomorrow let me know I was leaving for Halifax Thursday to make it to the Zakk Wylde signing at Music Stop.
Anybody know how long before the show you need to show up for the meet and greet with the Platinum package? Also - anyone know who you have to meet WITH to sign in and get backstage? I called FanFire, Ticket Master and the arena box office and NOBODY could assist me with what I thought were simple questions.
