chill your spill there pal. After 4 1/2 hours of waiting i got my tickets for westpalm. Section 4 row R seats 41 & 42. They are dwindling but they are still there and it seems alot of people started giving up. I say this because i had 2 screens waiting for access that i started over an hour apart from eachother and 5 sec. after the first went through the next one came up. Keep trying cause my second access had me in sec. 6. DONT GIVE UP!!!!! Thankyou Sharon and Ozzy, I love you crazy motherf***ers. I knew if i asked oz to smack'em up for me and kept listening to Black Rain things would work out. Ozzy i hope this aint your last show brother. West Palm is the last on the tour list. It would be an honor to be there for the last one but i hope you go on forever brother. Yes this is total crap!!!

I was on Live Nation since about 8:30pm EST, at about 8:55pm EST the site stopped responding.
Finally about 9:30pm EST I got a response from the site and clicked on the get tickets button, and I've been "In Line" ever since. THAT'S OVER 2 HOURS!!!! And nothing so far.

This promotion was VERY poorly handled by Live Nation.

What ticks me off the most is that the limited edition CD with the coupon code cost $2 more and it's useless.

Been trying since before the 12th, I too bought the CD, but that doesn't matter, so I went on to try on the 12th,

I needed handicap seating, but if you call the 1-800-431-3462 number that the venues were told to give out, you get a recording, followed by the sound of you just being disconnected. The LiveNation Entity that is supposed to be sponsoring this, and is calling this a FREE concert not only does NOT accomodate the handicap, not only does the website when trying to redeem tickets say "please be patient to keep your place in line, and that too isn't true" but now the FREE concert is now a BIDDING CONTEST sponcered by Live Nation ! This system is so completely unfair. It would have been more fair to sell the tickets like a normal show. The tickets they give you, if you were lucky enough to get one are the worst seats and all the good seats are up for auction, and untouchable to the average person, nevermind handicap and can't afford it. Everything about the way Live Nation handled this, is unethical and wrong! Don't count on an email or call back, they can't call back if you can't even leave a message. This is a shame for people like me who now can't go to the show, and probably won't ever have the opportunity again.

Needless to say, I don't believe it should be blamed on Sharon or Ozzy, but the Live Nation entity that sponsored this event ! I believe this system that went bad, will come back to bite them, and yes publicity is great, but bad publicity isn't

yeah i was on livenation about 850 and kept hitting refresh to get the first crack at the tickets then all of a suffen at like 858 the thing f***s up i asked my son to go on his dads computer and he says it wont work there either. and they gave out like thousands of the free codes on all different sites so buying the cd didnt do s*** though i really like the cd but not this bulls***

after almost 3 hours i finally got tickets to the camden nj show

so now they are auctioning off reserved seats, from the first row up to the 25th row, so what did livenation do, hold back on those tickets? that sux, when its supposed to be free for all the fans, then when ya try to call the 800 number, you dont get to talk to anyone, and when ya email them, they dont answer. rip off artists!!!
