which to me is all the more reason to talk about it and get it out till it's just boring to talk about anymore.

when there's energy attached although you think you're free whatever happened is in your brain and creating havoc. it's insidious, and spells death along with other similar things stuffed in and trapped inside. that is where it's power lies...

i've found that all the stuff like that, when i take it out and expose it takes real courage to face. in the end sometimes after many attempts i am able to give people back their shame and torment and evil. i realize it was never about me. and that in the end whatever it was that they did to me was passed to them in some form in their own life. i count myself lucky that i can expose it and break it's hold on my mind.

doing that i re-embrace another wonderful piece of the freedom and innocence i was created with.

when there is no energy attached to something any longer the genuine me i was created to be is all that is left in spaces previously occupied by a memory that shouldn't have been in there in the first place. ~*
