A slight adendum. I think that Bill was invited to ALL of the gigs, BUT the others realised that due to Bills Health problems they had Vinnie in tow. Just imaging how much they had to pay Vinnie for stitting down back stage. BUT worth it JUST in case. You could try and search for Waterstones, the Works (the cheaper of the two, usually), WH Smiths to name but three book shops. Some shops sell it for £15 now, others at £18, and some at top price of £20, so you will have to add post and packing on. The choice is your, and now you have a rough idea what sort of money that you are looking at, In England anyway.
