After driving through a major snowstorm and 600 miles it was a major let down to learn of Ozzys' illness. My wife and I had purchased two of the four tickets for her brother and his wife for Christmas. Ticketmaster was very professional in handling our dilemma as we are not able to return for the new date. We did make the best of the trip and stayed in the beautiful city of Portland for a couple of nights. Also the Holiday Inn across from the Civic Center gave outstanding service. We had purchased these tickets before his Halifax announcement. Will try to get seats for his sold out concert here as we all have been major fans for almost 30 years.Stay well.
