I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...
at the time I was just a stupid, teenaged headbanger who had no concept of the duration of life, but I was trying to learn to play the guitar (since then I guess I've gotten pretty good - not to brag) and was inspired most by the show in Ft. Wayne and Chicago, the one in So. Bend was o.k. but for the fact that I got kicked out...I'da know, man, you've just been there for me for so long. I wish I'd known about this web site sooner. You were there when I was young. You were there when I got married. Still there when my kids came along. Still, still there when my wife decided she wanted someone else...and somehow, fantastically, still there to inspire my rehab from a vehicle-pedestrian accident when they said I might never walk again. It was your music that got me (back) on my feet.
I (still) don't ever wanna stop, man, and I hope that you never do stop. Thank you for getting me through all of the s*** that life has heaped upon me. You are, and have always been, an inspiration to me...I love you, man. If there were something I could do to repay you, well, all you have to do is ask. I've recently learned to post messages on the internet (my son pony taught me) and, since I heard you like american football, you might read me on ANY of the sport's forums: my handle is READY2ROAR.
I really wish you would come back to Michigan to Ozzfest (I'vve been to four of them)...it's the only way I will ever go to another concert I think.
I should probably sign off.
My meds kick in and I'm and idiot.
Sorry, man.
I luv ya, dude, I hope you sing forever.
