I have to give this album 5 out of 5. I cant give it a 3 or a 4. I just cant .Becuase it is Ozzy's best album and it's (Not much!) better than "Blizzard" and No more Tears and it's on my top 5 albums of all time.

Really great album!
Best since 1991 and "No More Tears".

I just got one question. Is it Oz himself that plays harmonica on the best song of the album, the title-track, "Black Rain"? Would be happy for an answer. It does not say anything about it in the text-book.
